Immure2 has been added to the Black Crypt CE server mapcycle.
Go to Halomaps to download the individual map if you have already downloaded the MixPak(beta) map pack.

In an effort to boost membership of ACTIVE members, I have decided to run a 'Recruitment Drive' throughout the mad month of May.
Any current member who has been a member since before April is encouraged to recruit as many active, low ping members as possible before the end of May.
The member who reruits the most new members from now until the last day of May (a minimum of 3 members will be required) will be awarded a rank upgrade to Core status and with this comes automatic server admin priviledges. In the event of a tie, I will toss a coin to decide who get the coveted Core position. My decision will be FINAL and no discussion will be entered into.

A new page has been added to the website to help new clan members with basic clan membership requirements.
The new page is to aid settling in to the clan and to save admins from repeating the same information over and over again for each new member.
If you're new to the Black Crypt clan you should check this page out first if you haven't already been sent there by a Black Crypt admin.

The Black Crypt Clan is back. We had a long holiday and now (after a bit of a false start) we are back for good. We have a brand new website and are running a CE game server which is hosted by the ultra reliable guys at Realworld.
We currently have 11 UK / Euro based members, some new 'faces' and some familiar 'faces'. The clan is now co-led by Nort who used to run the extremely popular and well liked VG clan. We are a multigaming clan and respect the desire for our members to multiclan. All past members are welcome to rejoin and you won't be expected to fill out a lengthy form either.
We now have enough members to actively seek out friendly scrims with other clans which we will be doing very soon. Along with the plans to scrim regularly, we have several regular events being considered to spice up your gaming life including a CE Race Tournament being headed by Nort and a 1v1 Tournament being organised by Overdose. Any events or tournaments organised by the Black Crypt clan will be open to all and not just BC clan members.

Hope you all like the look and feel of the new website - it took me long enough to design it and write the html and css. I have tested the design in all five of the main browsers and Firefox comes out on top with regard to visuals with Internet Explorer (version 9) coming a surprise second.
Note : There are Javascript elements in the site - the featured images banner slider at the top of the page and the lightbox function - that will not work unless your browser allows javascript.
My next task, apart from keeping the site up-to-date, is to integrate a forum into the design. If there are any guys out there that have a good knowledge of php then I sure could do with some help.
Special thanks go out to Cheesey James for all his fantastic effort to get the forum working and looking bloody marvelous!
On a similar note, the registration of new members on the forum has been suspended because we are getting an annoying number of spammer registrations and I'd like to fix that side of things before any real members register.

The BC Custom Edition server has been up and running since December 2011. It's hosted by the same guys who run the Realworld Guild servers and is very stable and has good pings for most UK and European based players.
The server is currently running only classic maps but will very soon be set up to run a mixture of classic and custom maps - hence the name 'Mix Server'.
The custom maps to be featured in the server's mapcycle will include the very best custom maps that have been created by the Halo Custom Edition community and also some of my own maps like Raceway Final, Caro 2 and Spooky Hollow.
All the custom maps running on the server will be available in a map pack download as soon as the change from classic to mixed occurs.
