The clan Leader has overall control of the clan. Final decisions will rest with the Leader. Failure to abide by the decisions of the Leader will result in dismissal from the clan.
Nearly all decisions made by the leader will be based on the outcome of discussion and compromise between the leader, the co-leader and the group of core members.
The Co-Leader will decide important clan related issues including placement of members within the clan structure, planning clan activities such as scrims and tournaments. The appointment of other administrators will be decided by the Leader and Co-Leader.
Again, failure to follow instructions given by the Co-Leader will result in dismissal from the clan.
The Core Members are the administration team. They are responsible for management of the clan website and the forum. They will also decide strategies to use within scrims and placement of clan members before and during clan scrims.
All members from this rank and higher will be given server admin status and allowed access to the server rcon tools.
Scrim Team Seniors have been chosen by the clan administration because they have shown exceptional skill and teamwork in scrims.
If there is more than one Scrim Team Senior participating in a scrim, then a 'Lead Senior' will be chosen by the admin and all participants of the scrim must follow any instruction from that member.

Scrim Team Juniors are again chosen by the clan administrators. They are members that have shown ability within the games and have shown that they can work with other team members to achieve wins.
Recommended Rank Up : After 20 official scrims (vs. other clans) at this rank.
Junior ranked members will have participated in at least 20 in-clan scrims and have shown that they can work with other members to achieve victory.
Recommended Rank Up : After 20 official scrims (vs. other clans) at this rank.
A member who has been assessed (and survived) will then be moved to the trainee rank. They should participate in as many in-clan practice sessions as possible to gain experience playing with and against other members of the clan.

This is the starting place for all new members.
While in this rank, a member's general attitude and their skill level will be assessed by the admin team.
Members who have not signed into Xfire for more than 60 days may be placed in this rank regardless of their current rank. They will not automagically regain their previous rank on their return!
